25TH COLORADO STATE SOCIAL STUDIES CONFERENCE
From Civil War to Civil Rights to Civil Discourse and Civic Life
EXHIBIT DATE AND TIME
Exhibit hours are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2012. There will be exclusive viewing time scheduled from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. Set-up time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2012. Exhibits will be in the lower level and atrium area. Look for your booth signage and do not move to another location. Except for the atrium area most of the exhibit space will be locked overnight.
The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel DenverTech Center, 7801 E. Orchard Rd, Greenwood Village, CO, 80111. Storage of boxes prior to set-up and return of materials after the conference will incur an additional charge, and you will pay the hotel directly. In your confirmation letter will be specific instructions for delivery of packages to the Hotel.

Exhibit area includes a 6’x 30” table with skirting. Electrical hookups, 110 volts, are available at an additional price of $35.00 each payable to the Colorado Council for the Social Studies.
EXHIBIT SPACE RESERVATION
Please complete the online EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM. Make sure you include company name and representative names (who will man the table) for the conference program on the reservation form.
Or, if you prefer, you can register by mail by downloading the printable Exhibitor Registration Form. Enclose a check payable to Colorado Council for the Social Studies and mail to Dorsee Johnson-Tucker, 1789 S. DeFrame Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228 OR pay online AFTER SPACE AVAILABILITY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
You will be sent a link to complete the online payment form. All exhibit reservations and payments should be submited no later than January 19, 2012, as space is VERY limited.
ADVERTISING IN THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM
The conference program will provide an excellent opportunity for you to receive added exposure and to update a key audience of preK-16 educators on your newest and most important products and services. The program will guide participants through the conference with listings of concurrent sessions, maps, meals, and, of course, exhibitor information.
