Become a Patron of the Colorado Council for the Social Studies

The 2012 Colorado State Social Studies Conference

invites partners and exhibitors to consider an expanded level of participation, i.e. the opportunity to become a patron of the conference.   Our theme this year is Exploring Big Ideas: From Civil Warst to Civil Discourse to Civil Rights  and Beyond

We appreciate your continued support for our conferences, and ask that you consider enhancing your role as an advocate for quality professional development for social studies professionals by becoming a conference patron.  If you cannot become a patron then please exhibit.  The exhibitor information packet is attached as well.

Patron Level Gold would involve sponsoring a luncheon and/or keynote speaker.  In return, a patron would receive:

  • Priority placement of two exhibit tables in the exhibit space at no cost
  • Guaranteed two 55 minute content specific sessions ( please complete presentation proposal form and get to Chris Elnicki by the November 16, 2011 deadline); no presenter registration fee required
  • Full recognition in the conference program
  • Listing on the “Thank You Patrons” signs located in the registration area
  • Plaque and recognition at the luncheon

Fee:  $2,000 to $5,000

Patron Level Silver would sponsor continental breakfast/refreshments.  In return, a patron would receive:

  • Priority placement of one exhibit table in the exhibit  space at no cost
  • Guaranteed one 55 minute content specific session ( please complete presentation proposal form and get to Chris Elnicki by the November 16, 2011deadline) no presenter registration fee is required
  • Full recognition in the conference program
  • Listing on the “Thank You Patrons” signs located in the registration area
  • Recognition at the conference luncheon

Fee:  $600 -$1999

If you do not wish to be a patron, but would like to exhibit at the conference, please complete the exhibitors’ reservation form which is attached. There is a limit to the total number of exhibitors allowed within the hotel space. Exhibitors will be assigned space on a first come, first served basis after the placement of patron tables.
